- Meyu is an information and tracking tool; it does not replace your doctor.
- In an emergency, don't rely on the app: call your local emergency number or your doctor.
- Calculations and thresholds are general; your doctor's advice always comes first.
What Meyu does, and doesn't do
Meyu offers general information based on your week of pregnancy and helps you keep track of your measurements and records. Meyu does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace an examination by a health professional.
In an emergency
If you experience any of the following, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU, 911 in the US) or your doctor right away:
- Vaginal bleeding or leaking fluid
- Severe or persistent abdominal pain
- A clear decrease in your baby's movements
- Severe headache, blurred vision, or sudden swelling of the face or hands
- Fever, chills, or feeling faint
Our content
Weekly information, warnings and suggestions are reviewed by an obstetrician-gynecologist. Still, every pregnancy is different; the content is not specific to your situation.
Calculations and thresholds
Your estimated due date and week of pregnancy are calculated from the information you enter and are estimates. Caffeine (no more than 200 mg a day), blood pressure (140/90 and 160/110), blood sugar and similar thresholds are based on general recommendations; your doctor's personal advice always comes first.
Responsibility
Always talk to your doctor before making any medical decision based on information in Meyu.
